Manic Monday: Lace-Up Flats

I love subtle statements and I really think these black lace-up flats are just that. Because they are a neutral they do not draw too much attention, and the straps aren't obtrusive either. They can go with virtually anything and I think they add just enough pizzazz without being over the top.
